The Trial
For me the trial is one of the most important parts in creating the perfect bridal makeup. Bridal trials are to ensure that you are 100% happy with myself, my style and that the makeup wears perfectly on your skin. Trials will take place 2-3 months before the date of your wedding.
Trials take place at your desired location - this is usually in the comfort of your own home. On the day of the trial I will bring along my professional makeup kit, directors chair for added comfort and my professional lighting.
The trial is an opportunity for us to explore your vision for the big day. This includes colours, themes and wedding dress details. It is my aim to make you look like an enhanced version of yourself that you feel confident and happy in. If you are not entirely sure on which look you would like, don't worry we will talk this through at the trial too, its my job to be there to help you. This is also for me to answer any questions that you may have and for us to discuss timings for the day.
High end products are used to ensure that your bridal makeup will be long-lasting, smudge-proof and camera ready.
The Big Day
On the morning of your wedding, I will arrive at your venue/home 10 minutes earlier to ensure that everything is set up ready to go.
Two days before your wedding day, I will send over your final invoice and a schedule for timings for my arrival to keep your mind at ease.
I allow myself 1 hour per person to complete a full face of makeup, depending on your chosen makeup style - although this usually isn't needed. The bride will have their makeup done last.
After all of the bridal party have had their makeup done, I will pack away my kit that I no longer need and will keep out the essential products for any last minute touch-ups. I will stay up until the very moment you and your party leave for the ceremony. I also gift a touch up kit for the bride which will include powder, setting spray, sample of lipstick chosen, blotting paper, eyelash wand, cotton bud, eyelash glue if needed, the kits may vary depending up on the application received. If you would like a touch up kit handed to each bridal party member it would be an additional charge.
Extra Information
I can makeover a maximum number of 5 in a bridal party, including the bride herself. Please note that if you have a large bridal party, this may be an early start for hair and makeup on the day of your wedding depending on the ceremony time (please ensure that your venue is ok for an early start). If you have 5 or more members in your bridal party, I will need to arrange for somebody to help assist on the morning for a additional cost - this will be mandatory to help with time-keeping.
I will require an additional makeup artist in some cases where we are short on time however I will be the lead makeup artist and will be making up the Bride. This will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
I also offer trials for the other members of your bridal party at the additional cost of £40.00 per person: bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and mother of the groom. Please let me know at the time of booking if you are planning on bringing another member of your bridal party along with you.
Products are noted and photographs are taken at the trial so that I can easily recreate your finished look on the day of your wedding.
Individual and strip lashes are included in the price. Discounts will not be given if you decide against them.
I travel up to 10 miles from the B63 postcode without any cost. If further travel is required, it will be worked out at 0.50p per extra mile and will be added to your quote.

The trial amount is taken to secure your booking for both dates. This can be transferred to another date if necessary.

After your trial, a non-refundable amount of £30.00 will be taken to secure your wedding day.

Your final invoice will be sent over to your email one week prior to your wedding date along with your schedule for the morning.
